Our help desk is here so that you can let us know when there is a problem with your computer or device. We gather information about the device that you used to submit the problem so that we can either remotely correct the problem or detect other problems. If the computer or device is not functional, then this piece will not work for obvious reasons, but we can still log who needs assistance. When you submit a problem please check the location information for accuracy.

We will attempt to work on your problem as soon as we receive it. In order to save travel time and fuel usage, we may rearrange the order in which the problems are worked on.
